Quickest (and cheapest) way to get Kawaii Nails

Primark. I'm sure that at least 99% of you reading this have heard of it. Some of you may think of words such as "cheap"and "trashy" whilst others may think "good value" and "fashionable". Whatever your opinion of Primark is there is one thing that, in my opinion, Primark is good for. And that is fake nails.

Polka-dot, butterfly, bows, flowers, plain and simple french manicure. Primark has them all. A pack of 24 costs just £1 and comes with a tube of glue. "£1?" you may ask. But, for just £1 these nails are actually quite good and don't tend to break. The only downside is the glue which is pretty much useless. You don't get enough to stick on 24 nails, it's hard to apply and it doesn't last long. The solution to this problem is to buy some more expensive nail glue separately, preferably one which you apply with a brush. I picked up a rather good (and cheap) one the other week from a department store called Boyes. You've probably never heard of this store but look in drugstores such as Boots and I'm sure that you'll find a similar product.

It takes literally 2 minutes to apply these nails, it's much faster than painstakingly painting your nails, painting on a pattern and sticking on 3D bows. All you have to do is select the nails which fit over yours best, roughen up the tops of your own nails by filing (this makes the glues stick better), paint the glue on and stick the nail on. There. Done. That didn't take long now, did it?
